The most basic thing that you can do to appear taller is to buy shoes with thick insoles to give the impression of extra heights
There are three ways to increase your height using shoes:
- Buying directly from a specialist in height elevation shoes as Bugarri (EU) or Secretshoes (UK) or Bradford Shoes (US)
- Add insoles to your pair of shoes, which you can easily buy online. Good prices can be had here
- Combining the above: buying a height elevating pair and trying to insert insoles for maximum results. It may take time for you to get used to the 'hill' when walking but if you really want to 'grow' a few inches overnight, then it is worth it
